The Sembler Company announced two shopping centers on Daniels Parkway and, in the same release, named Daniels Creek's 1,600 homes and an August 2026 groundbreaking.
Gateway Marketplace
About 245,000 sq ft at the southwest corner of Daniels Parkway and SR 82, with a 54,964 sq ft Publix, a 135,000 sq ft Home Depot and outparcels planned for a Circle K and a McDonald's. Opening is expected in Q3 2027.
Creekside Marketplace
About 41 acres directly across Daniels Parkway, planned for about 250,000 sq ft of retail and medical offices with 11 outparcels. Tenants haven't been announced.
A new traffic signal
A new signal is planned to serve both centers and the future Daniels Creek entrance, which should make turning onto Daniels Parkway easier at rush hour.
