What we collect

When you join the list we collect the information you type in the form: name, email, phone number, move timeframe, where you are moving from, language preference and whether you agree to receive text messages. Our web server also records basic technical data such as your IP address.

How we use it

To send you updates about Daniels Creek and nearby new construction, answer your questions and help you with a home purchase if you ask us to. We only send text messages if you checked the text consent box. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or ask us by email to remove you.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with builders or third parties for their marketing. We may share it with the builder only when you ask us to register you or schedule a visit.
